By including #globusapproved you agree to the following:

You grant, Globus family of brands, Circuit Travel Limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, unlimited rights to use this content in any manner in which we may decide, including but not limited to social media, electronic communications, website, blog posts, banners, print material and other miscellaneous sales and marketing communications and materials.

You acknowledge that Globus family of brands may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the content selected with written comments and its marks and logos for its operations of communication and/or promotion for a period of one (1) year.

You confirm and agree that:

(i) You own all the rights of the content shared and/or you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the content to grant the rights herein;
(ii) You and all other person(s) appearing in the content are not under 16; and
(iii) Globus family of brands use of your content will not break any law or violate the rights of a third party. Globus family of brands has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that the content infringes their rights.

You will not hold Globus family of brands, or any person acting on Globus family of brands behalf, responsible for any claims or demands in connection with the use of your content.

You accept that Globus family of brands will not pay you for the use of your content and/or any intellectual property rights connected with them.
